Overall we were very pleased with the holiday. All the hotels were fine, and we have done enough travelling to know you get what you pay for!!.

Dear MakeMyTrip and India Experience

On behalf of Maggie Dickson and myself, I just wanted to write to you to say how very much we enjoyed our recent trip to India - arranged through The India Experience and delivered via MakeMyTrip and associates.

From the moment we arrived in Delhi on 20th February and were met by your representative and excellent driver - through to the moment we were collected from our hotel in Goa on 5th March and transferred to the airport for our return journey to the UK, everything went without a hitch and was handled smoothly and efficiently by excellent staff with friendliness, courtesty and much professional expertise.

We have had a really great and enjoyable travelling experience in India wherever we went - the driver Mahinder Sharma was truly excellent - and each guide at Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar and Udaipur were very knowledgeable, informative and helpful - they made us feel very welcome and gave us some great insights into the history and culture of the areas and monuments we visited.

Thank you very much to the India Experience and MakeMyTrip for coordinating these activities and pulling this all together to make it work so well. We would not hesitate to recommend your services in the future and will be sure to contact you again for any future travel arrangements in India.

Dear Sarah

We had a great time and everything you arranged went smoothly and according to plan. The planning and co-ordination was excellent. We were delighted with the service. We were pleased with all the hotels that you had arranged. If anything several were better than expectation. We especially liked the Jagat Niwas in Udaipur with the views over the lake. The assistance we got from our driver, Sunil, was superlative. He was great. We were lucky to have such a nice driver. The tour representatives met us at the airports and we had no need to contact any of them. They were all very courteous and helpful.

All the tour guides were very knowledgeable and very keen to share their knowledge with us. Sometimes they told us a bit more than we really wanted to know.

Thanks to you all for arranging such a successful holiday for us.

Hi Annette,

Arrived home late friday night after a fabulous holiday. The tour was excellent everything went to plan the driver was excellent and so were all the guides loved the Taj Mahal and the elephant ride to the fort. My favourite hotel was the guest house in Jaipaur

it was excellent the owners and staff were wonderful the food was amazing loved the room and the enchanting garden highly recommend it the one in Agra nice but little to large and least favourite was the Delhi one. It was next to a bar and we were woken at 3.30 in the morning with people making a noise the room was clean and comfortable but we had no hot water on first night and still had to wait on the 2nd night for hot water. Staff lovely though and breakfast nice. Delhi very safe to go out and about. saw everything that was on the itinary and the guide even took us to the rail station and to rail museum. Our driver was very curteous and stopped at some nice places for tea etc.

Thank you and your team for putting together a wonderful trip we have some amazing pictures and memories we will definatly recommend you to others we have already given 2 couples your details.
